Once your blank apparel arrives, we get to work right away. The receiving department checks the order for accuracy. Blank shirts are counted and recounted before they send them over to the production department.

In the embroidery department the clickity clack of our multi-head sewing units run smoothly. We have invested over $150,000 in new equipment, so you can be assured that your stitching and printing will be perfect.

Your exacting standards are always on the minds of the extreme team members in the embroidery department. They love their jobs and it shows.

The screen printers work their magic on garments with both hand presses and automatic presses. The whoosh of each printing head lets you know things are really getting done around here.

The silky ink is pulled smoothly and transferred with care to your garments. Each garment is then heat set and folded with care and readied for transfer to the shipping and receiving department.
